Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Muffins
It’s been way too long since I’ve baked with peanut butter, and the thought of a peanut butter and chocolate chip muffin with a cold glass of milk in the morning really hit the spot.
These muffins aren’t too bad for you since they use whole wheat flour and have a good amount of fiber.
These muffins are dense and make a very filling breakfast. I cut back on the amount of chocolate chips I used, but I wish I hadn’t. I forgot how much I love Reese’s and the peanut butter and chocolate chip combination. Mmmm!
