Now that the ducks have been officially cooked, I wanted to look back on another one of our duck hockey feasts. We landed on duck reubens in our search for a creative duck meal. Considering we absolutely fawn over traditional reubens, swapping corned beef for duck could only lead to good results. We placed seared duck breast, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing inside two slices of bread from Tavern.
Although I’m not one for superstition, I like to think that our duck reubens just maybe helped our Kings close out the series.
