Sweet E’s Favorites

Dustin, his coworkers, and many of our friends who have tasted my desserts have suggested that I ditch the whole graduate school plan and open a bakery instead. Dustin has already named this fictitious bakery Sweet E’s. As awesome as that would be (1) I am not a morning person/early riser— a necessity when you have all sorts of batters and doughs to make, bake, and let rise (2) I like trying new recipes instead of making the same things over and over again, which may or may not win over customers (3) bakeries are a really hard and expensive business to run, and I don’t have that kind of business knowledge or capital despite wishing I did. However, if I were to ever open a bakery, these are the recipes my taste testers have deemed worthy of selling, along with my absolute favorites! If you see a recipe in this section, there is a darn good reason!
