Indian Spiced Salmon
After his mom made him something similar back in Texas, Dustin told me we should make salmon with our favorite Indian spices. When we saw the first of the Copper River salmon hit the grocery store, we bought it, squeezed on a little lemon juice and spiced it with garam masala, and extra cumin and cardamom before grilling alongside some corn.
