Greek Lamb Tacos

It has been a long time since we've done anything with the Mediterranean flavors we love so much— Kalamata olives, feta, tzatziki and the like. Dustin whipped up a quick tzatziki sauce with greek yogurt, cucumber, and lemon juice early in the day to let the flavors meld (definitely some of the best tzatziki we've had outside of a restaurant), and when I got home we simply cooked up ground lamb, and added the lamb, tzatziki, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, tomato, and red onion to a warm flour tortilla for a super easy and fast, but delicious dinner.


It's really not much of a recipe to type out, so we'll keep this short and sweet,but it ended up being one of our favorite meals of recent memory.
