That's How You Do a Frozen Pizza!
I wish we could take credit for making this meal. When DiGiorno's says "It's not delivery, It's DiGiorno's" and thinks they've mastered frozen pizza, obviously they haven't tasted Lou Malnati's, which you can get shipped from my birthplace of Chicago to anywhere in the US. Their frozen pizza, hands down, beats every single pizza place we ever tried in Texas. Now, Lou Malnati's isn't my favorite Chicago style pizza. For that you have to go to Gino's, but you won't catch me complaining when someone serves me up a hot, cheesy slice of any true Chicago-style pizza joint.
We had this meal (and 3 more in the future) courtesy of my parents who shipped a god-damn-awesome present up to Seattle containing 4 frozen pizza on dry ice. Erin had the tracking number for the package, and she went down to the office minutes after it arrived. Thankfully, she got to it before the apartment crew here in our complex who receive our packages got a chance to open it up and steal it (they told us they had considered it).
Thanks mom and dad, and to anyone else out there, you gotta' try this deep dish.
