The Epic Best Breakfast Sandwich

It's been so long since we've Wafoodied. Busy busy busy. But how better to make a triumphant return than to present you with this epic breakfast sandwich.

We've found a local coffee joint that we love, and one day we tried their breakfast sandwich. Our version is a twist on theirs leaning on a few great places around us.

We begin with a lightly toasted Morning Poppy (croissant-like) pastry from Copenhagen Pastry. Melted cheddar cheese covers one side, while the other side is brushed with a black pepper aioli. Parmesan scrambled eggs and crispy bacon fill the center. Let's not forget the critical ingredient though: a cheddar (or parmesan) cracker courtesy of the fantastic Wally's Cheese Box.
